International alliances with other entities are indispensable for our work as they allow us to reach many more people with our help.
From Ayúdame3D we have manufactured and donated almost 40 trésdesis to the Spanish Army for delivery in areas of Mali, Lebanon and Senegal. This alliance was born in order to bring this type of aid to more places in the world. Specifically to areas where, otherwise, it would be very difficult to reach.
Strategic collaboration with other entities is key to continue helping. Thanks to these alliances we are able to reach people who did not know they could be helped.
"We have offered the army training that consists of recruiting potential beneficiaries in different territories and taking the necessary steps to manufacture the devices. So when they arrive they will know how to place them and how to maintain a medium-long term follow-up," says Guillermo M. Gauna-Vivas, director of Ayúdame3D. " This collaboration is a strategic alliance for us, as it allows us to reach many more people with our help," he adds.
The nearly 40 arms that the Army requested from Help me3D have been manufactured by the NGO and its network of 3D expert volunteers, Helpers3D. This week the different trésdesis have arrived to the countries where the Army carried out the search for possible beneficiaries. Almost 40 people will have a new opportunity thanks to this collaboration.
