Eight trophies made with our 3D printers have been awarded in recognition of the commitment of the Adopt-A-Grandparent community.
On October 19, the association Adopta Un Abuelo (Adopt-A-Grandparent ) and Ayúdame3D collaborated again, this time in a very special awards ceremony. These awards recognize the work of the entire community and the people who form Adopta Un Abuelo.
Adopta Un Abuelo is an intergenerational companionship program for elderly people who are at risk of loneliness. The goal is to make them feel listened to, accompanied and loved while volunteers learn values and life experiences.
The commitment and admiration of volunteers, residences and companies for the elderly was recognized with eight trophies made in 3D printing by Ayúdame3D. Representatives of companies that have done corporate volunteering received this emotional award, as well as residential groups with whom they work. All the winners received our solidarity and sustainable trophies that, apart from having a design 100% adapted to each occasion, help to change lives around the world.
"Special thanks to all the companies that have accompanied us one more year and supported us in our mission to accompany all the elderly people in the world. We continue!" This is how Alberto Cabanes, director of the Adopta Un Abuelo foundation, thanked on social networks all those who have participated in his solidarity project.
Ofelia Alayón, Head of Corporate Alliances of the entity, dedicated these words to us upon receiving our solidarity trophies for the event: "Our experience with you has been great. The quality of the awards is incredible, the packaging with every detail, very responsive and punctual at the time of delivery. Always willing to listen to what we needed, we will repeat for sure!".
